Flash Fiction Friday, November 15, 2013 ~ Musical Kiss

Flash Fiction Friday is a FAB-ulous day for you because we participating authors get to titillate your titilles, well, at least we think it is fabulous. As you know, a photo that is common to us all is used as the inspiration piece for us to write a 100 word short. It isn't as easy as it sounds to write a story that coveys time, purpose and passion in so few words. But, it is fun and it is a challenge.

Please do have a visit to all the talented scribes in today's challenge and read their short stories. You can click on the link above or visit them from my theatre stage below listed one-by-one  like the lonely strings on a harp. Please do be kind; comments are appreciated. Enjoy!! Now, permit me to introduce the Musical Kiss ~

Musical Kiss
She seemingly floated on stage with the ribbons and folds of her dress softly trailing behind her: a procession of silk, lace and hand-sewn pearls proclaiming her royalty.

No royalty she, just a woman whose passion connected her heart and soul to her fingertips. She sat elegantly and pulled the harp to her bosom, her very essence charged by the lovingly hand-carved harp. The magnetic contact produced a passionate stroke, a musical ascension of notes joined in a single embrace of full harmony.

She sent her musical kiss into the theatre to seduce her audience as she had been seduced decades earlier…

  7. I find such essence that lies ever so gently between the musical strumming of the harp and sensual fantasies. A masterpiece you have created. I enjoy this dream state you have sheltered me with, as I close my eyes after reading, and lay perfectly in her Celtic embrace... as if I, alone, was the audience. To you my dear writer friend. Bravo! Muah! xo

I was born when we kissed; I died when we parted. I lived in your embrace while we loved..........
