Breathless Press Sunday Fun, August 5, 2012 ~ The Unforgiving

My friend Dianne Hartsock, ever busy at Breathless Press, is having some Sunday Fun again.  Throwing down the gauntlet to my welcome feet, she challenges me yet again with:

You Write It!

Oh hey. What’s up?
Like this sweater?
Nice enough for our date? And by the way,
what do you have planned for me?
*wink*
Tell us his story!!

And...............so I did.  Enjoy The Unforgiving, please.

The Unforgiving

It was low season below the old Cliff House, so the wind and surf were biting and cruel off Point Lobos. Braedon had sought privacy to soothe his shattered heart so had returned to the only place he was ever happy, San Francisco. His million dollar looks meant nothing to anyone. The aloof standoffishness of the City’s residents made him feel the cad that he really was. He was once a nobody and would be a nobody again. He earned it, lost it, deserved both and deserved nothing now.

Somehow, the wind and surf swept his stinging pain and replaced it with a numb darkness devoid of sensation. His feet, now red from the piercing surf and unfeeling, shuffled mechanically beneath him. Wanting punishing anonymity, Braedon raised his hoody against the elements. His thoughts escaped the quiet shelter of the Irish wool and he wanted to drop to his knees in the deadening surf and scream to the world…….

“Why, Devon, Why…..?”

Even as the silent, fugitive thought rose, he knew it was his name he should be screaming into the bitter, grey current of pitiless air. He had done that which he detested most in others; he had pretended a lie. He had become the lie and the painful pretense had been released into the light for all to discover. For Devon to discover. At his own hands, he had stabbed Devon in the heart with shards of truth and spikes of lies trying to avoid his guilt. He was a coward in the face of strength. He witnessed Devon’s total collapse under the truth of his betrayal.

Devon had fallen into his arms under the weight of his tears of infidelity. They wept together, to no avail. Devon had been abandoned and the unfaithfulness of Braedon’s duplicity had broken the only bridge of trust either had ever known. It was a breach of faith from which Devon would never return.
It was over. That night, lying in each other’s arms, Devon forgave Braedon’s disloyalty and kissed his tears of regret dry. However generous Devon’s forgiveness, he turned himself over to the weight of the violation, never to awaken the next morning. It was over, over in the roaring surf which stifled the sorrowful screams Braedon cried into the atmosphere below the witness Cliff House.

Cliff House would endure; it had always survived. But, Braedon’s guilt and shame was crushing. He deserved no less than the cold, heartless sentence the unforgiving sea delivered him.

Sunday Fun At Breathless Press, July 22, 2012 ~ Deeply, Softly

Sunday Fun, at Breathless Press, finds us challenged once again by my friend Dianne Hartsock who dangles this fine morsel  of a man in front of us and asks us, of all things (!!!!), to imagine what we would do with him given this dare...................You Write It!!!

Hey, come here.

I have something to tell you. A secret.

Closer! I won’t bite.

*grins* Unless you like it..........

Deeply, Softly

Every other day, the click-clack of my heels announced my arrival down the long tiled floors of the auditorium.  Every other day, the young man in the third row center followed my entrance into the lecture hall from the moment I opened the door.  Every other day, I wondered why it always made me start, when I caught his gaze and returned his curiosity.

His eyes were the pale blue of the sky reflecting upon the emerald green of the salted ocean waters.  And his stare, that is all one could call it, was disconcerting.  It bordered on rudeness, but somehow, it wasn’t.  As I lectured, the same lecture to the same faceless seniors on the same day of every new collegiate year, I wandered in and out of the calm cool pools that were his eyes.  He watched me: never smiling, never responding, never flirtatious.  In the beginning, I was almost alarmed by his seemingly cold superiority and then I felt confronted, confused, upset and finally………..the challenge set the tempo.

He never responded; he just slipped the hypnotic stare of his gaze under my skin to crawl its way to my stomach and the soft receptive folds of my center.  Every other day, he unnerved me more.  The magnetic rapture of his steely blue eyes were made only stronger by the dark frame of his black eyelashes.  I could drown in those eyes.

Even before the click-clack of my heels announced my arrival down the long tiled floors of the auditorium, I felt a passion build inside my body as the swagger of my thighs focused the heat upon the pearl of my existence.  That excitement was unlocked at the moment his gaze weaved its way to my trembling core.  I could not wait to see him; every other day, I thought about him as I showered, rubbing the poof across my body, water caressing every curve I wanted his hands to explore, his mouth to devour, his eyes to memorize.  My nipples reached for a caress as the soft mound where my thighs met trembled in anticipation.

The click-clack of my heels announced my arrival down the long tiled floors of the auditorium.  His gaze stopped my breath until I had a moment to regain my composure.  His ice blue stare grabbed my gaze, holding my passions hostage to a calm exterior.  His eyes followed me everywhere as I lectured the faceless audience.  He took notes on his laptop without ever releasing me to look elsewhere.  I felt the perspiration bead on my forehead and between my breasts, pooling at the underwire of my bra causing a tickle as it escaped by the cleave of my belly to the heat of my obsession.

I could no longer resist.  I must know the source of his hold, the well-spring of his power over me.

Mr. Emery, please remain after lecture.

Yes, Ms. Blanchard.  And it struck me; I had never heard his voice.  The seduction was complete.  His voice was a velvet cover in which his ardor wrapped me.  Oh, how I imagined his breath upon the small of my neck, commanding softly my every will through his demanding lips on my flesh. This was our destiny……….I was ready.

***

Mr. Emery, his very name rolling off of my tongue felt like a kiss, please come down here to me………………….
Yes, Ms. Blanchard.  Would you please help me?  I am blind, you see.................

Breathless Press, July 15, 2012 ~ Prairie Orchid

I responded with Prairie Orchid to my friend Dianne Harsock's question below this mouth-watering photograph.  Her question was posed for the Sunday Fun Flash challenge at Breathless Press as follows:

Why, hello there, gorgeous!

I wonder what’s caught your attention.

What are you holding behind your back?

Come, tell us your story!

Prairie Orchid
Her chestnut hair flowed from her neck down her long graceful back. A tuft of bang fell to her forehead, framed her teardrop black eyes and gave them dimension, a sensuous depth of anticipation. He gently moved the light auburn hair out of her eyes and she started with surprise as his fingertips traced the curve of her brow to her cheek. Placing his steadied palm upon her full cheek, he bent forward and whispered into her ear, just above the curve of her long and sinuous neck. His breath and words seem to embrace her as she melted to his resolve.

Breaking the yearling was hot, hard work. He had let her go too long before he had started to lay hands on her. But, his charm with women and horses proved to be his stronghold on both creatures. They were always reluctant, at first, but his charm was his lure. And his lure was irresistible. He could feel them both following him with their expectant, hungry eyes as he walked to the fence and took off his shirt.

He removed his hat and bent at the waist as he buried his head in the cooling waters of the trough. Rising while taking a heaving breath, he shook his head and wiped his face of water, sweat and dust with his shirt. He looked up at her black almond shaped eyes …

***

She watched as the pony followed him when he turned and walked to the fence. She touched her own neck, below her ear, with her trembling palm where the sweet glistening droplets of eagerness formed. They trickled into the small of her throat, pooled, then traveled into the soft rising desperation of her alabaster breasts. Her heart was aflutter with the wings of a thousand doves, eager to take flight and soar but afraid to escape. Her pulse raged on inside her anxious flesh. Feeling she had burst into flames, the flames of unrequited passion, she was drawn to his upward gaze. Returning his stare, the distance between them seemed to disappear. She held his look as the magic of his magnetism seduced her and she imagined her palm as his on her neck, pounding with the rhythm of desire.

***

He turned to the chestnut pony and dragged the blanket over her haunches, slowly, enticingly. He soothed her with a soft cooing that hypnotized her into submission. Tossing the saddle over her back proved to be easy, as she turned her head to look at him eagerly. Anticipating the slow mount, she allowed him to straddle her while he stroked her chestnut mane and whispered loving secrets and endearments into her ear. He brought her to a light trot in the coral then rode her away in a commanding gallop. They disappeared over the horizon.

***

She fanned the heat from her face. The perspiration now engulfed her body and she ached with longing. She moved to the porch where she could catch a breeze and distill her craving. She sat, pulling her lightweight skirt to expose her long, fluid legs and the straps fell off the small of her shoulders. Seated with her knees apart so the gentle wind could cool the ardor throbbing in the soft spot where her thighs met, she lost herself in dreams of his embrace, his naked chest pressed against the rising flesh of her breasts. Floating in the throes of her yearning, she dropped her hand to her mound, cooled but not sated by the gentle breeze. Oh God, she thought, touch me; whisper in my ear; put your palm on my cheek.......

She never heard his return nor saw his long stride shorten the distance between them on the porch.

***

He leaned against the house, one arm behind his back, and watched her fondle herself in the humid, prairie air. Her lips parted in a seductive beckoning and she released a soft moan into the clouds as her quintessence escaped her body. His desire for her was obvious, as she opened her eyes to his magnetic gaze. Her arm outstretched gracefully, involuntarily, in a single floating motion. Palm open invitingly, she turned her head to him and smiled.

“What have you behind your back?” she whispered.

“Wild prairie flowers for a prairie beauty. What have you in your hand?” he whispered with a knowing smile in response.

“A prairie orchid for a cowboy……………..”

Breathless Press, June 10, 2012, ~ Sunday Fun ~ Silent Dancer, Part II

Silent Dancer, Part II

Through plumes of smoke, he watched as she danced. Doffing the cigarette, he rolled to his chest and the foot of the bed, resting his chin on his forearms. Their eyes locked in a symbiotic connection between his growing cock and the soft velvet folds moving with liquid symphony between her legs. His pulse beat quickly in his temple as he watched her move to the music.

Her arms were like gossamer wings open at once then closed around the life-force of her full round breasts. She tempted him with the ruby, red opening of her mouth which he knew to be warm, deeply commanding and …….. eager to please. As her hips swayed rhythmically, suggestively, she drank champagne and let the nectar run from her lips through her breasts and between her legs. She melted to the floor and poured it across her flesh, catching chilled golden rivers in her bellybutton.

“Thirsty………………?”

The fluid movement of her body mesmerized his mind, but his body responded…..

Breathless Press, June 3, 2012 ~ The Rite of Passionata

On this lazy Sunday, while catching up on what all my friends have been doing on Facebook, I stumbled across a post by a great friend of mine, Dianne Hartsock.  She posed the challenge, "You Write It! Who is this woman behind the mask? Is she wearing it for pleasure or is it the face she shows the world?"
Beautiful
Illusive
Alluring
She’s hiding her true self. Who is she?
Is she going to a party
or is this a mask she wears to keep others distant?

So, I decided to answer that challenge and answer the question, from my perspective, about this quiet beauty, who she is, why she is wearing the mask, what does she become.
The Rite of Passionata

Announcing commencement, the tantric music floated through the air and embraced all who attended the Ceremonial Rite of Passionata. Each invitee had been prepared in private, in separate quarters, upon their arrival by their attendant. They were provided with hot baths, aromatic oils and fragrant body lotions as part of the body sacrament. Each room had a private entrance and separate exit into the Room of Chambers, where the ritual acceptance and reception would be conducted.

The signal tolled. The naked men, having donned their viril animal masks, opened the doors into the chamber and entered.

The Crested Splendor was the centerpiece of the pyre. The illuminata rose to a low contrast of light and dark flickering shadows. As she appeared to glow, she released a sigh of ritual mantras. Surrounded by candles and opulent gold bowls filled with fragrant sacred oils and blood, the prayers road sweet-scented waves of ethereal music in the seduction of the men. She lay naked except for the headdress she wore covering most of her face.

The magnificent woman, a chattel offering, was tied by wrist and ankle to the column while the men prepared her sumptuous body. The twelve men used claws, hooves and talons to wash and annoint her  in the sacred oils. The ritual, the incense, the music and the different sensations of the animal tools dipped in consecrated blood and holy oils charged her body with overwhelming energy. Her prayers and mantra grew louder with her stimulation.

From her revered womanhood, a vortex of honeyed welcome dripped in pre-cum. She begged for release as the men chanted, touching her everywhere, igniting every pore. They cleansed her, chanted prayers over her and prepared her for the holy sacrament. Her perfection, purity and flawless beauty were sacrosanct in the ritual. Each man, one by one, ascended the stage and deposited their seed.

And so, the ceremony continued until each man had entered the woman, filled her with semen and she cleansed them with her mouth. She was now their wife, bearing the future of the coven inside her, the Lord God. As proof of their love, devotion to her and fidelity to the lofty group, she was now elevated to Lord Mistress.

Well.............what did you think?   A little off the beaten path for me, I know it.  But, it seemed the logical answer to Dianne's question for whatever reason it struck me today.  Leave me a comment below and let me know. I am on shaky ground here so welcome the feedback.  I guess idle hands, minds and hearts ARE the Devil's workshop, because he was surely at work on this one:) xo
